Dr. Karla Y. Tillman's heart is to lead people into a God-first life—one marked by genuine freedom, spiritual growth, and an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Her mission is to advance God’s Kingdom by:

Since 2003, Dr. Karla has been passionately serving in ministry with a desire to see lives transformed by the power and presence of God. Over the years, this calling has taken her internationally to release healing, deliverance, and encouragement to churches, leaders, and communities around the world.

In addition to ministry work, she provides mentorship and coaching designed to help individuals discover their identity, cultivate spiritual maturity, and step boldly into their God-given purpose. With a doctoral degree and decades of hands-on experience, she remains committed to serving with excellence, humility, and unwavering love for people.

At the core of everything she does is a simple but powerful belief: when people encounter Jesus, they encounter freedom—and that freedom empowers them to lead others into the same transforming relationship.
