Dr. Karla was raised in ministry as a preacher’s daughter, where she developed a deep foundation in faith, service, and leadership from an early age. Ministry has been a lifelong calling, shaped through years of experience, spiritual formation, and faithful service to others.

 

Over the course of her ministry, Dr. Karla has served individuals and communities throughout the United States and internationally. Her work encompasses mentoring, coaching, and counseling, guided by a deep commitment to personal transformation, spiritual growth, and purpose-driven living.

Many have witnessed the transforming power of God through her ministry, including healing, miracles, deliverance, and renewed clarity through a prophetic voice that brings insight, alignment, and spiritual unlocking.

Dr. Karla carries an Apostolic calling and holds a doctoral degree, combining spiritual authority with professional training and decades of hands-on experience. She remains committed to serving with excellence, integrity, humility, and unwavering compassion, creating environments where individuals and communities can encounter God, heal, and grow.

In addition to her ministry leadership, Dr. Karla is the founder of Realities With God, LLC, a God-given umbrella organization through which she offers coaching, mentoring, and counseling. Dr. Karla also hosts The Truth Speaks Podcast, an extension of Realities With God, LLC, where she shares raw and real conversations grounded in the truth of God’s Word. Through honest teaching and transparent dialogue, she invites listeners into deeper revelation, authentic faith, and practical application of biblical truth for everyday life.

Her approach is rooted in cultivating an intimate relationship with the Godhead—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equipping individuals to hear God’s voice with clarity, walk in spiritual discernment, make aligned decisions, and live intentionally according to divine purpose.

Dr. Karla also serves as the Uganda Hope and Restoration Pastor, offering spiritual leadership and restorative ministry that extends beyond borders and cultures.  She is also a part of the Women on the Frontline Leadership Team (WOFL), where she stands in support of fellow leaders while actively serving in a committed leadership role herself.
